Hi! Im Ariana Fragosa. I have been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years and it it my passion to help people feel stronger and better in their bodies. Im a NASM CPT and CNS (certified nutrition specialist) and currently working on furthering my education to bring even more knowledge into my training.  I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals in a private, supportive environment.  From the moment you step into the  studio, you'll experience a commitment to excellence, where I'll offer expert guidance and motivation every step of the way. My private studio in West Tibsury ensures a focused atmosphere where you can work towards your goals without distraction.
